Engaging the Community: a case study series in the public sector

Hesston USD 460, a public K–12 district in Hesston, KS serving about 830 students, faced the challenge of moving board governance from pencil-and-paper packets to a more efficient, transparent system as technology use expanded in classrooms and assessments.
