The Workforce Development Board of Maricopa County, a public workforce board in Arizona that connects local job seekers with in‑demand industries, faced heavy manual communication and document‑management challenges. A small staff of three supporting a 19‑member board plus about 25 community volunteers had to post public records, track multiple committee workflows, and handle duplicated effort and email overload, making it difficult for members to find the correct, up‑to‑date documents.

In July 2018 the board adopted Boardable’s board software as a single hub for meetings and documents; today roughly 50 Boardable users across the board, committees, staff and volunteers access the platform’s Document Center and meeting tools.
