Newgrange Consulting, led by executive coach Mike Donahue, faced growing communication and collaboration problems across four executive peer groups (each with 10–12 senior leaders). Important meeting logistics and agenda items were getting lost in overloaded inboxes and lengthy reply-all email chains, so Mike adopted Boardable’s board management software to bring structure and clarity to group communication.

Using Boardable, Newgrange Consulting created separate workspaces and leveraged the People Directory, Meetings Center, Document Center and discussion features to centralize agendas, RSVPs, documents and member interaction. Boardable allowed Mike to onboard new members quickly, track RSVPs and attendance, eliminate inbox clutter and reply-all chaos, and manage all four groups from a single portal—streamlining operations and improving engagement and collaboration.
