Board Intelligence worked with Channel 4 to create an integrated reporting model for its board pack. Channel 4 needed a clearer way to assess whether it was fulfilling its statutory remit while also tracking performance across its operations, and it wanted reporting that would stay relevant as industry trends and responsibilities evolved.

Board Intelligence developed bespoke metrics aligned to Channel 4’s legislation and OFCOM guidance, built a dashboard across strategic, operational and financial reports, created a new “Creative Report,” and trained report writers across the organisation. The result was a fully integrated board pack covering public interest duties, creative, strategic, operational and financial matters, with better-quality data, more relevant metrics, more focused board discussions, and less management time spent on reporting.
