Praisal partnered with BNS Group Australia to improve how it regularly communicated with users about property activity and lead distribution. As an off-market residential listing marketplace, Praisal needed a simple, scalable way to send monthly SMS updates with minimal technical overhead, and chose SMS because of its high open rates and low barrier to entry.
BNS Group Australia implemented an AWS-based SMS solution using SINCH for global delivery and built an AWS SQL API interface that let Praisal send and receive SMS without complex REST development. BNS Group Australia delivered the interface in just two days, helped reduce technical debt, and supported Praisal with AWS RDS and analytics capabilities to better understand SMS traffic and build out its reporting.
