The Bourse, a 50,000 sq ft office and retail site in Leeds, needed a regular waste service with tight collection windows because of its city-centre location. The customer worked with B&M Waste to manage waste across its three buildings and support the needs of its 20 tenants.

B&M Waste helped The Bourse introduce a dedicated bin store and deliver a waste solution that achieved 100% diversion of waste from landfill. Waste was processed as refuse derived fuel, with energy recovered at a combined heat and power station, reducing environmental impact and supporting the site’s sustainability goals.
