A B&M Waste Case Study

Preview of the Tate Liverpool Case Study

Tate Liverpool achieve over 98% recycling levels

Tate Liverpool, part of the iconic Albert Dock and a major visitor destination with around 600,000 annual visits, needed a better way to manage the high volume of waste generated by its exhibitions, events, food and drink, and retail activity. B&M Waste Services provided recycling-led waste management support to help the gallery improve segregation and increase its recycling performance.

B&M Waste implemented separate bins for general waste, paper and card, and glass, supported by clear stickers and posters to guide staff and visitors. As a result, Tate Liverpool now recycles over 98% of its waste, while B&M Waste and Tate Liverpool continue working together to drive even higher recycling levels and promote better waste segregation.
