No.1 Spinningfields, a prestigious newly built multi-tenanted and multi-use site in Manchester City Centre, needed a waste strategy that would encourage high recycling rates while fitting seamlessly into the building’s design. B&M Waste worked with ALL+ Management to support the site with a bespoke, carbon-neutral waste management approach.

B&M Waste implemented an integrated recycling area, branded signage and tenant handouts, compactors for general waste, an on-site mini-baler for card, colour-coded segregation bins, and an Independent Platform Weighing Facility to track each tenant’s waste streams. The solution improved recycling oversight, reduced collection frequency and carbon impact, and provided detailed reporting and contamination monitoring to help No.1 Spinningfields meet its sustainability KPIs.
