Vital Nutrients, a US manufacturer of nutritional supplements, needed a more robust CRM than ACT! to manage over 20,000 contacts, segment customers, and coordinate campaigns across its main facility and sales reps nationwide. The company also wanted better integration with Sage 100 ERP and a cloud-based system that would be easier to use and update than its outdated on-premise setup. Vital Nutrients chose SugarCRM and worked with Blytheco to make the transition.

Blytheco implemented SugarCRM with the QuickStart training package and integrated it with Sage 100 ERP, giving users access to customer sales, history, and lead data in one place. The rollout enabled faster, easier data entry, email tracking, reporting, and account management, and all users were able to navigate the system within about a month. Vital Nutrients said the new CRM provided visibility across the full lead-to-customer cycle—something it could not do with ACT!—and Blytheco’s support helped keep the implementation on track.
