SymbolArts, a specialty manufacturer of badges, custom patches, and coins based in Ogden, UT, faced a fast-growing sales operation that had outpaced its manual, spreadsheet-based process. As the team expanded to 43 people, the company needed a better way to manage detailed customer orders, leads, and sales activity, so it turned to Blytheco and Infor CRM.

Blytheco implemented SalesLogix, now Infor CRM, and customized it with scripts to fit SymbolArts’ workflow, automating much of the sales process and art logs. The result was a dramatically improved sales process, better lead management, and stronger support for reorders and new sales opportunities; SymbolArts said Blytheco helped keep its systems current and working efficiently.
