Monarch Beverages, a beverage distributor based in Atlanta and a Blytheco client since 1993, faced growing complexity in managing customer contracts, broker commissions, and profitability across more than 200 products and a global distribution network. Before working with Blytheco, much of the sales and order process was manual, making it difficult to track margins, avoid duplicate payments, and understand when customer relationships became profitable.

Blytheco implemented Sage MAS 200, SalesLogix, and related integrations to automate budget approval, contract tracking, and accounting transfers. The solution gave Monarch better visibility into customer profitability, sped up contract fulfillment, reduced payment errors and finance charges, and enabled commission-based sales incentives; Blytheco also connected MAS 200 to the company’s web-based EDI system to improve order accuracy and save time on data entry.
