Cedraz Amado Soluções Industriais, a Brazilian industrial services company, faced the challenge of moving its business model from reactive maintenance to proactive failure prevention for its clients. To help customers avoid costly equipment downtime, they needed a way to continuously monitor machinery, detect early warning signs of wear, and provide real-time alerts and visibility. To accomplish this, they partnered with the vendor Blynk.
Cedraz Amado implemented a solution using the Blynk IoT Platform and its Enterprise Plan. The system integrated sensors for vibration, temperature, and humidity with a branded smartphone app built using Blynk. This allowed for real-time monitoring, automated multi-channel alerts, and remote control capabilities. As a result, Blynk enabled Cedraz Amado to offer a new, predictive service, shifting their role to a proactive partner and giving customers 24/7 visibility into their equipment health from their phones.
