UCaaS Provider struggled with inventory and licensing provisioning for its unified communications services: after selling 150 seats it needed to safely terminate 20, and after buying 1,125 trunks it was only using 1,025 and wanted to cancel 100. Manual tracking made it hard to identify which extensions, DIDs or trunks were safe to remove without disrupting customers. BluLogix was engaged to streamline UCaaS service inventory management and improve visibility into activations.
BluLogix implemented a visibility and provisioning solution that identified active vs. inactive extensions/DIDs and trunk usage, enabling the UCaaS Provider to safely retire the 20 seats and cancel the 100 unused trunks without service disruption. By automating inventory analysis and reducing manual tracking, BluLogix helped eliminate error-prone processes and avoid overpaying for unused capacity.
