Forever Direct EU BV is the EMEA distribution center for Aloe Vera of America/Forever Living Products, operating an 18,500 m2 regional distribution center in Oud Gastel to supply 93 countries and process direct deliveries for 19 markets. Facing a 2008–2013 move and centralization, the company needed to consolidate local warehouses, set up a Type E customs-bonded facility, secure permits, and implement customs-compliant processes to maintain delivery times and reduce inventory costs.

Forever Direct implemented BluJay’s Customs Management solution integrated with its ERP, working with Deloitte and external partners to obtain customs approvals and automate monthly Automated Periodic Reporting.
