eXXpozed is a German online outdoor retailer selling clothing, shoes, and equipment from many premium brands, with more than 100,000 products in its catalog. The company needed a way to manage and scale Google Ads campaigns for such a large product range more efficiently, while saving time and simplifying keyword creation and campaign management. BlueWinston.com’s product advertising tool was used to automate feed-based campaigns.
BlueWinston.com helped eXXpozed test different campaign structures from scratch, first focusing on top-selling brands and then running A/B tests for Fjällräven campaigns. One version used longer keywords with Exact and Broad Modifier matches, while the other used shorter keywords with Exact and Phrase matches. After one month of testing, the shorter-keyword Campaign B performed better, so budget was shifted from Campaign A to Campaign B and both were further optimized by removing irrelevant and high-spend keywords.
