Bosch, a long-time BlueVolt customer using its automated reporting system, needed a custom way to track sales associate training completion rates more efficiently. The team had been manually consolidating and interpreting data for about four hours each week, while also needing reports to justify training and support lead generation from their open university.

BlueVolt worked with Bosch’s Customer Success Manager and Integrations team to build an automated Power BI report that appears on the university homepage for sales leadership. The new report made completion data easy to access, saved Bosch about four hours per week, and added up to roughly 200 hours annually.
