A BlueVolt Case Study
Hahn Systems, a mid-size construction distributor and Sphere 1 member, wanted to increase employee engagement and course completion rates through Sphere 1 University, powered by BlueVolt. While the training was valuable for helping employees learn products and support sales and customer service, they needed a better way to motivate staff to finish more courses.
To solve this, Hahn Systems worked with BlueVolt and its Sphere 1 vendors to create a monthly completion competition, using prizes, $BlueBucks, and vendor-sponsored incentives. The result was a dramatic increase in training activity: completions rose from 116 in 2018 to 1,108 in 2019, then to 1,606 in 2022 and 1,941 by August 31 of the following year, helping strengthen partner relationships and support annual goals.
