Hahn Systems, a mid-size construction distributor, used Sphere 1 University powered by BlueVolt to train employees, but wanted to boost course completion rates and overall engagement. While the training helped staff learn more about products and support sales, the company needed a better way to motivate participation across its locations.
BlueVolt helped support an incentive-driven approach as Hahn Systems added monthly course completion contests and vendor-sponsored prizes through the BlueVolt program. The result was a dramatic increase in completions, rising from 116 in 2018 to 1,108 in 2019, and later reaching 1,606 in 2022 and 1,941 by August 31 of the current year, while also strengthening supplier relationships and helping Hahn Systems meet yearly goals.
