A Bluestone PIM Case Study
Isola, a Norwegian building and industrial manufacturing company, needed a single source of truth for product information across its operations. With product data split between the Aspect4 ERP system and local Excel files, it was difficult to maintain consistency, share content across branch offices, and feed complete product information to external systems like NOBB. Isola selected Bluestone PIM to solve these product information challenges.
Bluestone PIM implemented a central repository for all product content, combining ERP data with other scattered sources and establishing clearer processes for managing attributes, catalogues, and digital media. The solution also enabled exports to the web catalog, CMS, NOBB, FINFO, and company documentation such as Product Data Sheets and Assembly Manuals. As a result, Isola gained a secure environment for product information, improved collaboration between departments, better data quality, and a stronger digital transformation foundation.
