TitanHQ, a SaaS company, needed to streamline and optimize its payment operations while reducing operational upkeep, declines, and cross-border fees. With BlueSnap’s Global Payment Orchestration Platform, TitanHQ was looking to consolidate multiple accounts and improve authorization rates and reconciliation.
BlueSnap helped TitanHQ move to a single account, switch to its Payment API, and take over as merchant of record, giving TitanHQ more control over payments and customer experience. BlueSnap also implemented local card acquiring in both the EU and US, which increased transaction approvals and eliminated unnecessary fees. TitanHQ reported lower costs, improved EBITDA profitability, and better subscription and billing management.
