Namely is an HR platform for mid-sized companies that simplifies talent management, payroll, benefits and employee data. As Namely scaled, it struggled with multiple payment providers and limited access to payments data, creating friction for collections and subscription billing and prompting the need for a single, scalable payments solution that would work with its subscription management system.

Referred to BlueSnap and already using Zuora for subscriptions, Namely implemented BlueSnap’s Zuora-integrated payments to enable credit card and ACH processing, intuitive reporting and lower processing costs. The integration sped deployment, reduced monthly processor fees, and improved finance efficiency—saving roughly 30 minutes a day plus two hours a month when closing the books—while providing the payments foundation to support ongoing growth.
