Crush the Curve Idaho is a volunteer-led coalition of local business owners that rapidly scaled COVID-19 testing and public-health outreach across the state to help reopen businesses and protect vulnerable populations. To operate at speed and scale they needed a HIPAA-compliant, online intake and payment workflow that could also accept donations and sell merchandise to fund testing for those who couldn’t afford it.
They implemented JotForm’s HIPAA-compliant intake forms integrated with BlueSnap for payments and donations, enabling secure online booking, signatures, payments, contact-tracing data collection, and merchandise sales that fund tests. As a result, Crush the Curve has partnered with 170,000 Idahoans, supported more than 600 companies, administered 16,500+ tests (and helped boost statewide capacity to 116,000 tests/week through lab partnerships), and streamlined testing and fundraising across the state.
