Vouchercloud, a global deals and ecommerce app with over 7 million downloads and a catalog of 50,000 offers across 13 countries, needed to deliver timely, highly relevant email and mobile push messages at scale with a very small marketing team. To move beyond demographic-based broadcasts, Vouchercloud partnered with Blueshift and adopted Blueshift’s Programmatic CRM (Cross-Channel Programmatic CRM) to enable behavior-based, real-time personalization across channels.

Blueshift implemented unified, real-time customer profiles, interaction-graph targeting, unified clickstream tracking and a personalization studio to power triggered and 1:1 recommendations across email and mobile. The result: within six months Vouchercloud saw a 81% year-over-year increase in direct email revenue, scaled to over 1 billion personalized messages per year (including 150 million during Black Friday/Cyber Monday), and achieved ~40% open rates for targeted triggered communications — all delivered via Blueshift’s platform.
