AMN Healthcare Boosts Clinician Engagement with Smarter Personalization

AMN Healthcare, a full-service healthcare staffing organization, needed a better way to match thousands of clinicians with the right jobs across email, SMS, push, and app experiences. Working with Blueshift, AMN Healthcare also used the Blueshift journey builder and first-party data to solve coordination and personalization challenges in its omnichannel outreach.

Blueshift helped AMN Healthcare unify its communications, shift from an email-first approach to a more mobile-first, preference-based strategy, and deliver more relevant job recommendations. The results included a rise in click-to-open rate from about 19% at the end of 2023 to just over 30% by the end of 2024, a 50% lift, along with higher engagement even as send volume increased.
