Concept Arts, a leading Hollywood advertising agency known for campaigns like Top Gun and The Batman, faced a sudden shift to remote work during the pandemic that threatened its fast-paced, multi-department creative process. To keep studios, creatives, marketing and account teams aligned as if they were in the same room, Concept Arts adopted Bluescape’s collaborative workspace (using Bluescape canvases and templates) to centralize assets, briefs and reviews.

Using Bluescape, Concept Arts built a uniform workflow and virtual “pinboard” where teams store briefs, visual references, notes and version histories with controlled access. The Bluescape workspace sped up creative reviews (shaving hours off the process), made materials easy to find during calls, captured client feedback without hunting through inboxes, and helped the agency make faster, more visible decisions while working hybrid.
