Elekta, a Sweden-based medical device company with more than 3,600 employees and $3B+ in revenue, develops software and equipment for cancer and brain disorder treatment. Facing outdated, document‑based processes and challenges managing incoming work, intake and test-case workflows, Elekta engaged Blueprint Software Systems and initially deployed the Blueprint system across 20–30 key users as part of an Agile process improvement effort.

Blueprint Software Systems then expanded the solution to roughly 30 teams to replace document workflows, centralize intake management, and integrate with legacy tools for test-case and intake tracking.
