University of Colorado worked with BlueModus to address an increasingly difficult-to-manage SharePoint environment as their organization grew. They needed to migrate more than 30,000 pages from an existing customer portal, spanning numerous independent departments, into a new Sitefinity CMS.

BlueModus created infrastructure that let each department clean up and migrate its own content, while a custom implementation enabled site sync across more than 60 sites from a single management console. BlueModus also customized Sitefinity to work with the university’s existing single sign-on system and integrated larger assets like videos through a third-party CDN, giving departments control while centralizing security and management.
