United Bankers’ Bank (UBB), the first Bankers’ Bank in the United States, needed a site redesign that would deliver a more innovative, customer-friendly experience while improving UX, SEO, cross-selling of complementary services, and personalization by IP address. BlueModus was brought in to help implement the redesign using Kentico.

BlueModus built the solution using Kentico’s built-in features for templates, document types, categories, product relationships, media libraries, and newsletters. They also used MaxMind to route visitors to the right representative based on geolocated IP, and created multiple back-end roles to help UBB operate within banking industry rules and regulations. The result was a more personalized, compliant, and flexible site experience, though no specific quantitative metrics were provided.
