Cisco wanted to build tailored relationships with key decision makers at government agencies who could benefit from its Unified Communications products. To do this, Cisco needed a way to identify federal employees most likely to be interested based on specific behavioral criteria.

BlueModus helped Cisco develop a custom CMS and processes for creating a unique, targeted end-user experience. BlueModus also built an interactive, brandable relationship marketing site integrated with an email campaign that shared data with the engine.
