VMware vCloud Director Helps NDI Speed Technology Delivery Within Efforts that Support Democracy

The National Democratic Institute (NDI), a nonprofit that supports democracy programs in about 70 countries, needed a cost-effective way to deliver reusable web applications to partners with limited local IT and budgets. Repeatedly building and hosting similar apps was time-consuming and strained their engineering resources, so NDI sought a way to deploy, clone, and localize applications quickly without major infrastructure investments.
