BlueHornet’s Professional Services team built a custom, PacSun-branded preference center integrated with BlueHornet’s email platform to capture richer subscriber data and route it into the right segments. Within two months of launch, PacSun saw a 17% increase in completed subscriber profiles and a 2.86% increase in subscribers with gender data, helping improve targeting and reduce attrition.
