Global Hotel Alliance (GHA), the world’s largest alliance of independent hotel brands, needed a scalable way to run its global loyalty program and communicate value to affluent members across 14 brands, 52 countries, and 7 languages. The challenge was delivering highly personalized emails that reflected each member’s tier, brand affiliation, region, and preferences without creating thousands of separate campaigns. BlueHornet helped GHA meet this need with its Dynamic Content tool and email service.

Using BlueHornet, GHA created one email template with multiple dynamic content areas, enabling more than 1,000 content variations and over 1,800 versions for some communications. The solution let GHA send targeted, personalized messages that improved efficiency while supporting its rapid growth to 1.7 million members and about 2,200 new members per day. BlueHornet scaled with GHA and provided reliable global email creation and delivery.
