BlueGrace Logistics analyzed the customer’s data and scorecards, then connected its BlueShip TMS with the client’s ERP using custom rules to automatically select the best-value carrier and optimal ship date to meet MABD windows at the lowest cost. The program reduced chargebacks by 90% within 60 days, improved scorecard performance, and later helped identify freight cost allocation opportunities down to the customer, location, and SKU level.
