AVI Foodsystems, America's largest family-owned food and hospitality provider, partnered with Bluefin to secure their back-office payment processing. Their challenge was to protect sensitive credit card data effectively within their operations.

Bluefin implemented its PCI-validated P2PE solution in partnership with Nodus Technologies. This solution encrypts payment data directly at PCI-approved terminals, de-scoping AVI's systems from the stringent requirements of PCI DSS. The implementation by Bluefin was completed in 2017, providing a secure framework for payments and delivering expected cost benefits and return on investment.
