Bluedot’s location data (reported as 20x more precise than alternatives) was integrated with Kalido and Salesforce Marketing Cloud to distinguish walk‑ins from drive‑thru visits, map journeys in Journey Builder, trigger location‑based push messages (including loyalty reminders) and even convert competitor ad locations into foot traffic. The implementation engaged 78K customers during the buying journey, increased loyalty’s share of transactions, reduced wait friction by prompting loyalty card presentation, and delivered richer customer insights to drive repeat business — powered by Bluedot.
