Bluedot’s location platform powers notifications that alert servers when a guest is en route and automatically pulls the customer’s order into the QSR system as they arrive, are in line, or pull up to the drive‑thru. The joint solution shaved precious minutes off order times, increased service speed and staff effectiveness—especially for first‑time guests—improved operational efficiency at scale, and helped McAlister’s create raving fans who return again and again.
