Bluecrux worked with a large multinational health care company listed among the Fortune 500, active in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer packaged goods. The company’s end-to-end supply chain had become increasingly complex because of new product introduction supply chain setups, and it needed a global planning design that could work across regions with different historical ways of operating.
Bluecrux supported the creation of a comprehensive global design, change management and training, stronger master data maturity, and a smooth implementation for demand planning, supply network planning, production planning, and end-to-end planning across 170 brands and more than 350 users. After the second rollout, the company achieved $205 million in inventory reduction, $1.22 million in SLOB reduction, a global planning operating model across 12 internal production facilities, 9 regional markets, and more than 40 CMOs, and a net efficiency benefit of 8%.
