The company needed a better way to handle demand planning, including tender volume forecasting, while reducing the heavy workload created by managing more than 40,000 SKUs and improving inventory performance without sacrificing customer service.
Bluecrux implemented Anaplan as a connected platform for demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and S&OE, with exception-based planning dashboards, flexible safety stock and supply planning logic, and optimized full truck and container planning. The result was happier planners, reduced workload, better inventory visibility, improved forecast accuracy including tenders, and an S&OE process that enables exception management in a single tool.
