Koppert boosts end-to-end visibility with Bluecrux and Anaplan

Koppert, a pioneer in sustainable agriculture, faced significant challenges due to its outdated manual spreadsheet planning and decentralized operations while distributing living organisms globally. The company experienced a lag in planning maturity and a lack of harmonized data. To address this, Koppert partnered with vendor Bluecrux to implement the Anaplan platform for advanced planning.

Supported by Bluecrux, the Anaplan solution integrated supply requirements planning (SRP) and sales and operations planning (S&OP), replacing the old manual processes. This provided Koppert with real-time visibility, optimized supply and production, and fostered enhanced cooperation between teams. The implementation established a strong internal knowledge base, paving the way for an in-house Anaplan Center of Excellence (CoE) and reducing future reaction times and costs.
