Bluecrux worked with a leading tire manufacturing company operating across 18+ countries, with 850 people spread across its supply chain and sales organization. The company needed to overcome long-standing habits and align regional customer service, planning, operations, sales, production planning, and scheduling to achieve reliable end-to-end supply chain visibility.

Bluecrux implemented a new distribution requirements planning process to improve visibility from markets to regional distribution centers and create fair-share stock transfer orders, alongside an order-promise process based on planned production and inbound supply. Using its MountK methodology, Bluecrux also built a structured change organization with clear roles and regular change-readiness tracking. The result was a strong change agent network, sustainable business value and customer satisfaction, and recognition through the Supply Chain Award – Project of the Year 2016 and the European Logistics Award – Public’s Prize in 2017.
