Bluecrux worked with Bristol Myers Squibb, the global pharmaceutical and biologics company, to address fragmented supply planning across long-term, network, and site levels. The company also faced silos between external manufacturing and market supply teams, master data issues, and difficulties integrating Celgene’s planning processes into the broader BMS organization.

Bluecrux designed and implemented a new operating model, aligning planning cadence, horizons, roles, responsibilities, master data governance, and system integration with Oracle, SAP, and RapidResponse. Rolled out in phases through a pilot and multiple waves, the solution streamlined planning across more than 50 FTEs, created a final consensus supply plan, and improved trust in RapidResponse through exception-based planning.
