WPG Publishers, a Western European multimedia group (160 million euro revenue, 25+ brands) needed to stop mis‑targeting passionate soccer fans on sites like Voetbal International and to identify anonymous visitors so it could deliver the right content and ads in real time. WPG enlisted BlueConic to profile anonymous and known visitors across web, mobile and social channels and enable dynamic, real‑time personalization.

BlueConic built individual cross‑channel profiles and applied a scoring algorithm to predict team preference (over 90% accuracy), then used real‑time segmentation to serve tailored articles and advertisements.
