To solve this, Simply Business turned to BlueConic, using BlueConic Dialogues and the platform’s data‑consolidation capabilities to collect consented profiles and better engage site visitors.
BlueConic helped Simply Business implement content meters, Dialogues, Listeners and an Insights dashboard to gate content, capture visitor emails and events, and run A/B tests. The results were a 199% uplift in conversion rate (native forms 2.43% vs BlueConic forms 7.26%), more than 55,000 MQLs captured in under six months, and richer MQL profiles (e.g., switch date, phone, employee count, turnover), markedly improving lead quality.
