Signify Delivers Customer-Centricity at Scale

Signify, formerly Philips Lighting, is a global leader in lighting and IoT solutions that faced fragmented customer data across products, countries, and tech stacks. To move from “one-to-many” tactics to one-to-one engagement, Signify partnered with BlueConic to create a unified customer view and give growth teams a single source of first‑party profiles and segments.

BlueConic collected behavioral and system data via Connections and Listeners to build unified profiles with over 255 attributes, enable centralized segment creation, and activate audiences across web, email (via Eloqua) and social channels. BlueConic’s dialogues and recommendations engine delivered personalized product recommendations in 16 countries and drove an 11% uplift in conversion versus control, while insights are now available in more than 50 countries and support account‑level grouping for ABM and improved email engagement.
