Raycom Sports, a long-standing production and distribution company known for its college sports coverage, faced fragmented digital audiences and needed richer viewer data to personalize experiences and support advertising partners. To capture more visitor insights ahead of the college football playoffs, Raycom turned to BlueConic and its progressive profiling capabilities (using BlueConic Dialogues and Lifecycles) to gather deeper behavioral and travel information from ACC site visitors.
BlueConic implemented dynamic, multi-step surveys and lifecycle-driven dialogues that adapt questions based on prior answers, enabling non-technical teams to deploy and iterate quickly. The program delivered a 7.23% conversion rate and more than 27,000 data points, producing detailed first-party audience profiles Raycom and the ACC can use to target advertising partners and personalize customer journeys — all activated directly through BlueConic.
