BlueConic helped LoveSeen create a “Find My Lash” product recommendation quiz, prominently placed on the homepage, which collected preferences and contact details and sent the data into Attentive for personalized email and SMS follow-up. The quiz drove strong results: 35% of site visitors engaged with it, opt-in rates were 6X higher than the website pop-up, online conversion rates increased by 60%, and personalized messaging doubled email open and click-through rates.
