How JCPenney is Using Experiences by Jebbit to Drive Data Enrichment

JCPenney, the American retail chain, needed a way to adapt to privacy changes that were limiting third-party cookie data and making outside data less usable. To strengthen its customer understanding, JCPenney turned to BlueConic’s Experiences by Jebbit product to collect first-party data directly from shoppers.

BlueConic helped JCPenney launch interactive quizzes that asked customers about lifestyle preferences and shopping habits in exchange for loyalty rewards points. The initiative delivered strong engagement, including an 80% completion rate, 60% lead capture, and more than 22,000 views, while giving JCPenney richer insights to improve messaging and content.
