Energy Company, an energy supplier focused on making clean energy accessible, needed to increase online customer acquisition and gain clearer insight into the customer journey to pinpoint where prospects dropped out of the purchase funnel. To tackle this, they partnered with BlueConic and adopted BlueConic’s customer data platform to unify visitor data and track behavioral and demographic signals across the site.

BlueConic implemented profile unification, funnel visualization and real-time, personalized exit-intent popups using its new dialogue templates so marketers could build and launch experiences without developer support. The changes drove measurable uplift: exit-intent messaging produced a 10x higher conversion rate for baseline traffic and 15x for qualified traffic, while prospects who provided an email converted at 21.8% versus a pre-BlueConic enrollment baseline of 0.82%. BlueConic’s platform also delivered clearer funnel drop-off insights and enabled ongoing segmentation and targeted messaging to lift conversions further.
