Bliss Uses Experiences by Jebbit to Increase Engagements by 25X

Bliss Skincare, a retail skincare brand focused on clean, cruelty-free, spa-inspired products, wanted to refresh its brand identity and create more personalized customer experiences. To meet that challenge, Bliss partnered with BlueConic and used Experiences by Jebbit to build interactive quizzes that could help tailor product recommendations and strengthen consumer engagement.

BlueConic helped Bliss implement the “Product Recommendation Skincare Quiz” and the “Vitamin C Knowledge Quiz,” capturing zero-party data and activating it through Klaviyo for personalized messaging. The result was a 25x increase in Instagram swipes, a 34% increase in on-site leads, and a 167% lift in email open rates, while also enabling Bliss to build richer customer profiles and improve future recommendations.
