A&W Restaurants, the American fast food chain known for its Burger Family combos and root beer, needed a new way to connect with customers during COVID-19 restaurant closures. To keep engagement and loyalty strong, the team worked with BlueConic, using Experiences by Jebbit as an intuitive, customizable marketing tool to reach consumers in a more interactive way.
BlueConic helped A&W Restaurants launch a series of engaging experiences such as National Root Beer Float Day, a Pub Style Basket Finder, and a Collector’s Mug Logo Vote. The results were strong: 96% of website visitors who started a quiz completed it, 85% submitted lead information, and 77% of users who saw the quiz engaged with it. A&W said the new quiz commerce campaigns outperformed pre-pandemic efforts on engagement and lead capture.
